Famitsu has just gotten hold of some sweet new Super Paper Mario screenshots which are in (almost) everyone's favorite ratio. They more or less wind up confirming that Super Paper Mario will support widescreen. It makes no difference to me since I don't own a widescreen TV set but I know there are those of you out there who really pay close attention to these things.

Nah. The other's pretty old, not widescreen, and merging them would not make this show up on the Portal.
This is great news for those of you who have a widescreen TV. I'm glad they decided to do this even though my T.V. is not widescreen.
I don't own a widescreen television. I'm still buying this game, though. This game is going to be a wave of innovation, as well as a nostalgic throwback.

The Mario sprite still keeps its same dimensions, except now you can see more on the sides.
