Microsoft is taking note of Nintendo's success with Wii

Quote:
"From a first-party point of view, it's not just about E-rated games, it's going to be about the experience that, quite frankly, Nintendo has done a tremendous job in capturing, in bringing back fun - if you will - to the gaming platforms", said Moore in an interview with Game Informer.

"And it was always going to be a challenge for us. So, we have plans. This does not come as a surprise. Our strategy has been laid out for us years in advance, and you're going to see some of that this next holiday and beyond."

It's good that Microsoft doesn't dog on their rivals like sony does at least
well microsoft are takin this better than sony just as wenis said but i still think.....know sony is jealous
Glad to see they at least take this without saying. "Nintendo's S-U-P-I-D!" like sony.
Ya, I think both Sony and Microsoft are intimidated by the Wii, so they're trying to think of ways to catch up!
Well, at least Microsoft knows that there is competition with the Wii. Sony calls it a gimmick. Well, Sony, if it's a gimmick, why is it selling so great, while your console is struggling to make sales?
Peter Moore, meh. Could care less about what he thinks.
I read this just today and I like that he admits what everyone already sees/knows. The Wii has put the fun back in Video Games. Nowadays I think most companies miss out on that fact that games are supposed to be fun. Don't get me wrong, I like a little challenge in my games but they still have to be fun.
