I didn't see a thread about this upcoming Sonic game, so I decided to make one. This is the game I want the most for the Xbox 360, but first I gotta get one. Its suppose to be a remake of the very first game. Theres also a new playable character, Silver the Hedgehog, who has psychic powers. It was mentioned on another website that all of the Sonic characters would appear in the game, but only 3 (its rumored there is going to be a 4th playable character that hasn't been confirmed yet) will be playable (those three are Sonic, Shadow, and Silver). I hope Mighty the Armadillo is playable. Either him or Metal Sonic or Fang. Anyway, just wanted to post this thread and see what you guys thought.
Its coming out the for PS3 and Wii also. I saw the video of it though running on the 360 or ps3... dunno which console. Anyway it looks like a interesting game but im scared it will be like sonic adventure on the dreamcast and ps2,

The Wii Sonic game is a completely different game than the 360/ps3 game.
From what i've gathered reading articles it plays completely different than any of the other 3-d sonic games and IGN was apparently quite impressed.

From what I saw of the 360/ps3 version - it looks like it plays the same as the other 3d-sonic games - has anyone read differently?
As long as Sega goes back to the basics of gameplay, it should be good.

Sonic 360 flopped hardcore and embarrassed the Sonic name further.

Their last chance is the Wii, if they fail there then they better hope Brawl gives them good publicity.
I dunno, if Sonic and the Secret Rings fails then I think Sonic's chances of appearing in Brawl will be lower. Would Nintendo want a character with poor reception to the gaming world be wanted in their game?

Mmm... its good, I call it "denial" lol. Only because Sonic sounds so likely.
Just remember that the PS3 Sonic game has gotten terrible reviews, so if the 360 version is the same...I'd check into it before getting my hopes up
I hope Sonic successes on the 360 and the Wii. Sonic is a great character in video games. I would hate to see him not in any games anymore.

anyway, the game is coming out for pc; I might try it.
as of right now I don't think the PS3 and Xbox 360 version will be available for the PC, but if so I hope you get a hold of it. I mean even though 2 out of the possibly 3 version are terrible..maybe you'll get lucky.
