Maybe they are adding online play to all these delayed games. I'm sure nintendo wants to dispel those 'no-real-online-play' haters.
Then again it could be just so they have a pretty big release in the Summer.
but by increasing the sales in the summer, they're killing the sales in the spring. the time right after launch is crucial. they should be releasing as much as they can. 3rd parties will cover the holiday sales and the major games from Nintendo like MP3 and SSBB. small titles like this and Mario Stikers Charged or whatever should be out ASAP

Why else would they delay MP8 other than to add online play. I can't think of another reason.
good point. Nintendo never had issues with MP games before. hell, they released 7 in like 4 years. i'd say they're pretty efficient in releasing them
is it possible Nintendo's having more trouble designing titles for the Wii than they let on? is that why many games aren't really using the Wii-mote's full capacity and Nintendo is delaying all these titles? a thought to ponder upon

Actually, when I posted in that one guy's thread who was asking about if it came out already or not, I thought the release date was 6/1/07.. for a while now. I didn't even realize this was new information.
I've had mine reserved at EB/GameStop for a while now, so I've been going by their dates. They've been saying June for a while I think.
Oh well, whatever. I'm not so worried about that. But if they push SMG or MP3 or AC-Wii back any further I'll be a sad panda. But that's neither here nor there.

Ehh..Most times when I see games pushed back i don't really care because it's usually a game I'm not personally looking into buying...this is an exception, though ._.
I preordered mine from ToysRUs.com when they had the $30 price mistake a couple of months ago. I guess I'll know when it releases by when it shows up at my door.

Whenever I hear about these type of delays, I like to assume that the game will be even better. This helps me sleep at night.
It better be for online, otherwise I care not for this game.
I really wonder why this game was pushed back. It really does seem that adding online play is the only plausible answer but will have to wait and see as usual.
