Hey there,

I need to buy an AC adapter for the Wii (my place is 220V, and my Wii is 110V)......

I am planing on buying a new one, but not a licensed for Nintendo (I haven't found any), and I found one on e-bay.......

Have you ever had (or heard someone who had) had a bad experience with new AC adapters (like overheating, damaging the Wii console and stuff)?

The AC Adapter I use is not Nintendo. Heck, it doesn't even have a name brand. I didn't buy it from eBay though. Perhaps plug in something of your friend's or sister's or brother's first just to make sure.

Hehehe you bet I will (I mean, if I can find something where it fits -- it's a proprietary plug I think....)
