i say add more characters to have a better chance of having enough good ones! i hope if 40 characters are in brawl, that at least 25-30 of them are good.

oh, i see. but imo, the less the better cause then more work can be put into the characters that are good and the ones that need work.

also i was reading SSBB on wiki, and them said that the newcomers revealed now will all be unlockable characters.

So does that mean Pit, Wario, Metaknight, Snake, and ZSamus are unlockable?

yep. head over to wiki and scroll to the bottom, you'll see it.

well you can just unlock him first then proceed with your killing. lol.

They'll probably be the easiest to unlock.

thats what i figure. imo snake should be the hardest to unlock

I think I would be good with pit and Zamus.

To unlock Wario you probably have to do something with Mario in one of the 1 Player modes.

I doubt Wiki would have the right info on an unreleased game. Nintendo is very good at concealing their info til the game's releae.

Precisely, now while I agree they might be unlockables. Its hard to tell until release.

Mario, Link, Kirby, C.Falcon, Fox, Pikachu...etc

Same with C. Falcon and Nes.

No, Captain Falcon, and Ness, were unlocked in the beginning of Melee, I think.
