lets forget about every little baby pokemon, those wont work well cause they'll get KO easily.
but pichu was the pre-evo of Pikachu, so thats it got in.

it stills kicks ass not only in SSB but in the PKMN games too.
The characters in the games will be a little more balanced out with Mario having the most and Pokemon probably the 2nd with like 5 or 4.

i would be happier with brawl if there were more GOOD characters and less overall characters, than a lot of crappy characters that are bad
