on topic: with all personal opinions aside, which series do you think will get the most characters? besides mario.
Why would it matter if the series had the most characters?

It will be pokemon, just to keep up with tradition. But there will be a gap between the number of Mario characters and the number of pokrmon characters, in Mario's favor of course.
yea i thought that, in melee they were equal, but idk of any other they can put from the zelda series. maybe midna or zant?
ya, personally i dont like playing as the higher tier characters anymore, even though samus is one of my best characters.

I think Fire Emblem is definitely deserving of more characters. Its been around since the NES days too. And not being known isn't a good enough argument against this.
Do we really need any more characters with swords.
We do need more Fire Emblem characters as opposed to more Pocket Monsters.

Yes, but they suck generally.
If they can find a way to make each sword master unique then I'm fine with the addition.
Fire Emblem has been around longer than Pokemon and it doesn't have the respect that it well and truly deserves.
