If they evened every franchise's representatives, then the game would be 100+ characters just to match the Mario Franchise.
They might decide that Kirby and Metanight are good enough representatives for the Kirby series.
i think those two are enough now and Dedede should be saved for next time.
mario will always have the largest group of characters to rep the series, followed by pokemon.

Pokemon will be the second biggest but it will never be as big as the amount of Mario characters.

I'd prefer Ike in SSBB. He's stronger than all of the other lords, and not only was he on the GC but he's going to be on the Wii, I can almost be sure in myself when I say that he will be in SSBB.

I think Sigurd is more deserving than Ike.
But I think there's room for Marth, Roy, Ike and Sigurd.

Ike (FE9+10) - GCN/Wii
They cover all console generations. And are good characters.
seems to me like sigurd should have been in the game first due to when they came out. the oldest have more of a privilage
