Ash doesn't have any skills except when someone gets hurt he can sacrifice himself for pikachu? Like Marth/Peach's Counter just instead Pikachu uses Ash in the way.

Both were apparently frightfully unpopular.

It's inevitable we'll see at least one more poke. I don't care who, cuz i dont know them. And another FE will be fun.
But what's going to be most interesting is what other games they pull from.
We mostly have iconic and/or historically significant characters in Melee.
And we know that a lot of what may determine Brawl's new characters was the input Sakurai received from Japanese fans...
Despite that, I'm sure that he will bring some others to the table that people won't expect, because in his mind would offer some interesting gameplay and movesets.
I wonder if he will pull at all from games that are less traditional than the platform/adventure/shooter/rpg/etc, story-driven vehicles.
Like sports, party games, racers... (all of course being the Nintendo games). We've already seen a Nintendog as an item, MarioKart as a level, Wario as a character that pulls from his WarioWare series for moves...
Will we see BrainAge elements? Animal Crossing? Pilotwings? Original NES sports games like Ice Hockey?
Some maybe, some maybe not... But it's pretty cool that we know Sakurai wouldn't be opposed to the idea. Just what he and his team does with it should be interesting...

Pichu will probably go and they may replace him with another one. I wish they wouldn't as there are enough Pokemons already but they probably will...

And Wii_Rulez, how do you KNOW they'll put in 3 NEW Pokemon, I doubt they'll put in that many.
Ridley should be in, if he isn't then its a disgrace.

And as far as your estimations, I'd bump Fire Emblem to 1/2 new chars.
They put two in SSBM without games being known at all outside of Jap, even if one was a clone. So there's a chance we'll see a second one, esp. if they include classes who utilize something other than melee weapons.
The rest of your estimations are pretty good tho. Possibly one new F-Zero character?
