It's not exactly an article. WL originals are harder to come by as more sources are reporting on Wii news now as there is more of it, while our reporters are busy gathering that news instead of researching original news.
As for non-news in the news portal, I believe some members are looking at the news portal in the wrong way. It's not exactly what's happening in the world of Wii, but the world of WiiLoaded. We have used the news portal to announce contests, new features, and such in the past. Posting snippets of game reviews can build interest in them and encourage more activity in that section.
