the only nintendo games with Nintendo made characters that slighty have a chanc for an M rating are Legend of Zelda and Metroid.

ay of Crisis and Project H.A.M.M.E.R stand a chance of a M rating.

Disaster maybe, but Project HAMMER? swing a oversized hammer hardly qualifies for a E +10, giving it a T would be a stretch and would only hurt the game b/c then it would limit the crowd.
I believe theres blood involved with with Project H.A.M.M.E.R, but I don't know that many details on it.
now that i think about it mp3: c could maybe get an m rating. from what you see in the 9/14 demo it should get at least a high-end T because there are a lot of fed troopers that get vaporized/ sux'd into space/ thrown through windows. if this is just a teaser for what's to come, then we could see swearing, gore*, and another element or two that could push mp3 to a low M. that would be sweet.
