Spyro 2007 now Renamed
CR was the first to break news on Spyro 2007 (based on my distributor contact), and the best part about it is that it may actually be a brand new installment in the franchise instead of a port! Headed this October, Spyro: The Eternal Night will be released for the Wii.

I loved the three spyro games for the playstation. Use to play them all the time, haven't played one since, I imagine the storylines are getting pretty boring!
I've always wanted to play a Spyro game but never got the chance. Now I actually might.
the new spyro games all suck! but the old ones were awesome! hopefully we'll see more of that and less of the new stuff in this next Spyro game

I've played a bit of the older Spyro games and I enjoyed them. If this version is indeed new and not a port then I look forward to it.
seems to me the Spyro titles just try to see how much they can add on in the next title. sometimes this turns into good times, but it can also lead to unnecessary additions to a franchise that already holds its own in the industry. hopefully the developers won't just tack on some cheesey additions to the controls to make this a "new game"
I found all the spyro's pretty Crappy, I dont like using a Dragon A baby dragon, that cant do a lot for a dragon so meh at all the games, DONT say that I never played them, I played through some one for the PS1, not sure the name uhhhh I dunno. All I know is that my cousin thought it was great, and I felt like I was forced to play it and I did, and O did I dislike it.
I loved Spyro games! But I haven't played one in awhile.

the only spyro game ive played was a demo for ps1 and that was kinda lame so im most likely not getting this.

I was younger when I played the first one, it was fun and all that, but now I feel they are just milking the series. =/ Maybe they are turning over a new leaf?
