LZ or anyone else that wants to know a pretty huge spoiler then just let me know. I'd recommend against it as I knew what was going to happen at the end of the last episode and it kinda ruined it for me...

Ya know? I felt myself feeling a little sorry for elle. No dates or anything meaningful in her life and then peter exploits that. But then she IS the bad guy, idk...

Funny there was no Matt, Mohinder or Bennett in this episode.

How do you think Kensei/adam got there? Time travel or did he just live his life from japan hundreds of years.

did he just live his life from japan hundreds of years.

yes, that's what he said pretty much.

Not bad, but they seemed to be missing quite a few characters this week and I wanted to know what happened to them in the intervening four months. I'm gonna guess Adam/Takezo really is hundreds of years old, presumably a side effect of the regeneration power is a lack of aging.
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
I wonder if kensei is still bitter about the hiro thing.... hmmmmmm
omg, how could he not be? D:

I'm pretty sure that Adam just lived for that long. Here's a question though, if his power doesn't let him age then how did he get older in the first place? Shouldn't he still be an infant? What about Claire? Will she ever stop being a teenager then???

As for little Miss Lightening Girl (Veronica Mars) I also felt sorry for her a bit and man she is much hotter as this character and being evil than she ever was being a teen sleuth on Veronica Mars. I guess I'm just attracted to evil women...

I also wanted to see Matt's back story to see more of why he left his wife and what happened to him. Oh well, they can only do so much in that time frame and I really enjoyed this episode.

Ya know, I think she's pretty damn hot too :3

probably why I sympathise....
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
it might be because his powers didn't start to show until he got to that age. just like Peter's and Matt's didn't awaken til later on in their life. but what i can't figure is how he's so dangerous if his only power is regeneration...unless their real reason to lock him up was so he didn't go public...

Matt seems to be following his father's path...not for the same reasons, but he's left his wife and child. from his nightmare earlier, i kind of feel like she left him. maybe he became too obsessed with Molly and the Sandman, and his wife couldn't take the neglect anymore. or the child wasnt his, and he got mad...i could speculate a lot about him...

but now i understand why nathan sees that face and body every time he looks in the mirror. i'd be scarred for life if i saw myself as he did in the hospital, let alone seeing that and then one day just healed completely, not a scar on my body. getting out of the explosion without a scratch on him while peter's missing is a good excuse for his pain and determination to find him.

also, this episode has brought a newfound hatred for angela. no matter how she makes me like her for a minute, she always ends up making me hate her even more than before. she's the one that breaks nathan and his family apart, or at least is the cataclysm for the break.

i wonder how far Maya can reach with the black death...she was able to kill everyone that was at that party aside from her brother. and if she ever told her brother what sparked the whole incident...

I've never liked Mama Petrelli since I first saw her for some reason. Not sure quite why but I just didn't. Maya's power did reach quite far on that part. I didn't think it was THAT powerful but this episode changed my mind. Some of those people were quite far away and let's not forget that she was in a building as well.

I loved this last episode. It's one of the few ones that I plan to watch at least 2 more times. I really enjoyed that much. Parkmans getting better and better at using his power but it's making him a bit darker, Mohinder thinks he killed Noah, which he did technically, finally get to see that it was Adam all along though almost everyone already guessed or knew it was him, and more. The stuff with Hiro was sad as well but great. I really enjoyed this episode. It felt like a mini-season finale.

Best episode of the season so far! I normally don't like "back from the dead" storylines (it cheapens the death) but I'm glad Bennet survived. Hiro's storyline with his father was so sad, I thought it was great. Matt's obviously headed down a slippery slope, and I'm mighty curious about that woman he was trying to trace.
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
Yeah, I'm right there with you. I still would like to know if everyone in the picture has a power or not. They are supposed to but Nathan's mom's power is ...? and Charles' power is ...? Still so many mysteries. I like Matt's power now a lot more than before but you're right about where he's headed. He can't let the power go to his head too much.
Was anyone else disappointed with the season finale? I thought it was so lackluster.

Am I the only one that seems to have noticed that a man, that looks like HRG is shown walking away after Nathan is shot. Nobody on other sites have seemed to mention it yet.
how could they not have mentioned it? the camera made it a specific point to show us the guy...leaving speculation as to who.
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
i am going 100% with the idea that it was Noah.
i wasnt entirely disappointed, considering the fact that they had to rewrite the story to allow it to end with that episode instead of a few episodes later. they cleaned up some stories, and essentially brought everyone back together into the same story. they re-connected everyone to the main story and problem, and i think it was a good way to do it.

i cried when Nikki got trapped in the building. and i literally bawled when Nathan got shot, although i could see it coming. i dont want him to dieeeeee T_T especially not right after he overcame his guilt and was starting to get better internally. plus, it would scar Peter for life if his brother died in his arms...

and with Sylar back under control of his powers, things just got 10x more interesting. who will he go after first? Maya? Molly? another showdown with Peter?

which future is gonna be played out? how many futures are there going to BE? Isaac's paintings are always correct, EXCEPT when he predicted the NYC explosion. why? does that mean that the explosion will still happen, but later in the story? what's gonna happen to the girl that got stuck in the future with the Shanti virus outbreak? where is she now? she couldn't come back to the present, so is she just going to disappear forever? can Hiro or Peter travel into an alternate future to save her and bring her back?

i will say, though, that Hiro made ma laugh at what he did with Adam XD
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
Do you think sylar might gain the ability to heal from clair's blood
That would be nuts... boy after that last episode the writer's strike makes me madder! (Even though I agree with them, lol)
@D4rk - no. i don't think so.
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
his power isnt to absorb powers, but he does something that finds the code within each person to take it from them. i dont think an injection like that would allow him to see the power itself and take it. he'd need the actual person and somehow extract it from them.

do we even know what his real power is? all we know is that he "sees how they work" and can take the power after killing them, right?
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
Pretty good finale, but a little lacking. Of course, this wasn't intended to be the season finale, only the end of this story arc, so it's forgivable.

I'm wondering if Nathan getting shot really is that big of a deal? I mean, now we know the Magical Healing Blood brings people back to life, can't Peter just give Nathan some of his? Alright, that's assuming Peter's power mimicry can copy the Magical Healing Blood, but I would assume so since he has the regeneration power.

Also, nice to see Sylar back!
Spoiler: (hover to reveal the text)
After watching it again and doing some pausing and slow mo near the end where Peter gets shot I've changed my mind about it being HRG. What I thought were the sides of his glasses is in fact the brim of a black baseball cap. Also, if you notice when they walk away, the shape of the body plus the way they walk it appears to be a woman. It just may well be that Angela Petrelli killed her own son. I dunno but it's possible.
