He is actually the most powerful of them all if he ever learns to control his powers at will. Basically he is all of them put together.

The throwing of Issac he definitely got from Sylar. I noticed the change in his voice too but I think that was to make it more dramatic, not sure. I don't believe he ever came close enough to Eden to get her power. If he did then he would be freaking awesome! I mean he already is by absorbing so many powers and if he learns how to use them better then he would have no match. Just curious, what episode are you on? Did you finish until 18? By the way I know some spoilers for episodes that have not come yet but I will tell you them unless you want to know them.

And I actually like Hiro and Nathan's relationship a lot, adds some great funny to the show and gives a little softer side to Nate.

I've seen everything that's aired and read the online comics. Also checked out some of the peripheral sites like Primatech and the hidden profiles therein.
I don't like to know spoilers, but I did stumble across some things by accident by reading an article in Entertainment Weekly that spilled beans on Lindemann and the Petrellis. I won't say anything more if you don't already know it/want to know it. But as far as that stuff I learned from there, we could talk about that, but not anything else you know please, cuz I wanna leave suprises for myself! haha

I read somewhere that Peter's empath abilities work up to like a 20-50 foot radius, so he could very well have gotten Eden's power during Homecoming.. or some other power we don't even know about... But I do think the voice change may have been some indication to another power or advancement thereof he may have received.

Pete could very easily become the most powerful of them, and seems to already be that considering he has had training and the powers seem to manifest themselves really instinctively when he needs them, which is awesome.
I'm definately looking forward to the knock-down drag out fight between him and Sylar. He's gonna completely own Sylar tho.

Question about the Haitian's power. I know he can erase minds, and block Matt from reading minds, but does he hinder other kinds of powers too like a big magnet does to electronics, or is he just related to mind blocking?
I thought he was a magnet because when he was in the police station w/ Mr. Bennet after the Homecoming ep, that's when Peter got sick and passed out. I wasn't sure if that was because Haitian ended up blocking his ability to heal or if that was just because Peter was starting to have trouble coping with all the absorbed powers?
And then him being around when he and Eden subdued Sylar leads me to believe the same about him being a magnet of sorts. Or is that just because Sylar's powers are so connected to the brain as far as we know...?
But then again, he was right next to Nathan in Vegas and Nathan was able to fly off...
What's your interpretation?

Yeah, that doesn't make sense to me either. At first I thought he could block out powers of people when he was near them such as the mind reading and even Sylar couldn't do anything when he was near him as well and runs from him later on. So how could Nathan fly? I guess he didn't know about that power perhaps and didn't expect him to fly... I dunno but if he can block at all powers then they would need only him to stop the explosion it would seem...

True, in theory the Haitian should be able to stop the exploding man. But then again, when they saw Nathan in Vegas, they must have been trying to nab him because they knew about his power. If the Haitian is a magnet, he either let Nathan go on purpose (which he would have been reprimanded for), or he can only do it if the power is directly related to the use of the brain...? So Sylar, Matt, maybe Peter... But it could also be that when he and Eden caught Sylar, Eden was using the persuasion and if Haitian can only block mental powers, he prevented Sylar from using Telekinesis, Sylar's primary offensive. Or maybe he was really pretty broken from the fall, and just couldn't fight back.

What'd be nice is have Peter encounter Nikki/Jess to see what gets absorbed. If it's the super strength or if it's the entirety of Jessica. That way we'd know if she is a mentally ill person who only uses her powers through this other personality b/c she herself is not strong enough or if only the Jessica personality has the power in more of a Bruce Banner/Hulk way. Would we see an evil Peter? Or would it be Jessica? or will he just have super strength? If it's an evil Peter, that could also be what leads to him exploding the city... In Peter's dream we see Nikki is there...

True. In the dream all of the other heroes are there so he'd have to have their powers as well. However, Simone was in the dream too and she's now dead, unless they bring her back somehow... Here's another thing though. What if the Peter we see exploding isn't actually him. Maybe it's his evil twin from Nicky. I dunno but I can't wait for the show to come back. End of April seems sooooooo far away.

That's what I was getting at, what if that was Peter's evil twin that he absorbs and takes over all of a sudden, and just decides to blow up. I could also see them all coming together there in the street by chance, and him getting an overload of powers. But the cars all seem to empty, so maybe some kind of fight was preceeding the explosion. Maybe Pete meets Nikki, evil Pete is manifested and takes over, the others try to stop him, and then that's where the dream comes in.

As far as Simone being there... it's curious. Pete could have gone back in time and saved her. It could be that new chick messing with them again.. Or his vision just isn't very accurate. Matt was in his cop uniform in it, I believe, and he no longer holds that position. Claude didn't show up until the second version of the dream where he's laughing at him. So it wasn't until just before he met him. But he has yet to meet Nikki or DL so how does he see them in his dream?
And I still feel like the actual explosion has to be from Ted's power. So it's either Ted himself who explodes or it's Peter using his power. It doesn't really seem to make sense that the overloading of powers alone could destroy a city. Plus there was a mushroom cloud of some kind...

April 23rd.. well it'll only be a month away tomorrow, so that's a plus..

It's true that he didn't meet DL or Nikki yet but he could possible meet them between now and when the explosion is supposed to happen. It's strange about the Matt with his police uniform on. I totally overlooked that. Hmm... Guess we'll have to wait and see.
