More like the price tag comes from the name Apple. What stuff that comes from Apple isn't overpriced.

Just means that person is big on pirating music. That or to much money on hand for throwing away. I have many songs on my ipod from alot of years of cd's. Still I am no were near that. I am at about 7gb used.

I have 9 gig of music but I think if I had an iPod that big I'd have reason to download more songs for sure.

I have 80 songs on my 256 MB MP3 player and there's still room. How can you people fill up that much space?

Maybe another 30 something from Bon Jovi, 20ish from Vertical Horizon, 30ish from Snow Patrol, 60 or so from RBF ect.

Well, I for one, have a lot of Techno (D&B, etc) some of which takes up a lot of room per track, because many of the tracks are a full set. Some of the space is taken up by videos too, but I don't currently have a lot of videos on my Zune. I mainly listen to it in the car, so not much time to watch videos while driving

It's not all Techno, though. Less than 50% I would say.

Heh, no I don't pirate music (off of the internet), I have a personal CD collection of about 500 CDs and whenever some-one lends me a CD I rip it to itunes ^_^

My ipod is multi languaged. So I have a number of songs to listen to English, Japanese, or Korean.

Hmm, I have a big collection to. Though I can't find myself adding everything on it. Since some of my music I don't really care to listen to anymore. I really don't buy US cd's anymore considering most of the cd's suck other then one song. So walmart or bestbuy music always works.

The way I see it is I should only start picking and chosing what to put on there when disk space becomes a problem

I also have a large CD collection (500+ last time I counted) and as soon as I got my iPOD I started ripping the CDs to my iPOD. I stopped after a while because when I play on random I kept running into songs I didn't listen to or didn't like. There are few CDs where I like every song on the CD so I started ripping only the songs I like. I've only gone through about 100 CDs and feel sick of ripping. I think I've got like 500+ mp3s on it now but I'll get around to adding more later. I've got a ton of music videos on it though. I think I've only used up a total of like 10GB so far. Still a long way to go.

I usualy just listen to the songs I want on YouTube... I get my fill.
