I'm not even so sure if he was playing to begin with. He might be but who's to say that someone off camera is swinging. Still kinda cute though.
it seems that for a 22 month kid... he has really good coordination. He looked like he was hitting them later on in the video. He would always miss when the ball was on his left at first, then you notice that at the end of his swing he brings his arm back making it hit the ball in a lob... ionno looks pretty good
