I'll get my money back...as I've said before, I'll let everyone know once I've heard from the company. I'm glad that there's so many people on here willing to just get screwed over and say "oh well", but I'm not one of those people and I'm glad to hear that some others on here don't like wasting money either

By having and honest issue with this company, it helps to ensure that other people might not have the same issue. It would be childish of me to not expect more out of a legitimate company

They are. Easily, I might add.
I might get one later if they can be easily removed but I'll let the guy at the store put it on for me. I suck at putting them on. Good to hear they come off easily when you need to remove them or if you want to change them.
I received an email from Decal girl.com and they asked a couple more questions, so I decided to just call them. The lady I talked to was very nice, asked for my order number, and is sending out another skin tomorrow. They say that all the skins are die casted for specific measurements and something odd must have happened to mine.
So I'm all set

And what do you expect the company to do? Send you a new one? Give you your money back? The most that I see them doing is say "Sorry, we'll look into what happened and it won't happen again. Thanks for your feedback."?
Coming from a manufacturing background, yeah, that's exactly what they should do. If not, they won't be around long. It's bad business. The whole point of successful businesses is to bend over backwards (within reason) to please your customer. This was just a less than a dollar decal (material costs) that costs a pitance to ship. It's no skin off their back to ship another. (Pun not intended)
Yes, it makes me upset when people are such pansies they won't call a place up or send them an email if something isn't right, but those are the same people who will get the wrong order at a restaurant, but won't say anything because they're afraid to. If it's a good company, they will make it right, and they did. I'll now wait and see if the new one is made properly, I'm guessing it will be.
Glad to hear that you are getting a new product. I might look into getting some skins from them as soon as I get a Wii
