Yeah, this is a bad marketing decision by whomever made it.
from a marketing standpoint, sony has already tried the games route and is getting burned so sell the system as a blu ray player and pray to god blu ray beats HDDVD...

I agree lol. They should start focusing on the PS3 being the cheapest BluRay player out, considered they don't have many games to advertise for (yet)
at least they aren't lying...
It's just another way for people to complain. It could have a 1 way line to God and these folks would still yell and scream about it. So much emphasis on how much stuff the PS3 has to offer, I'm guessing some people are scared that it might pull something out of it's arse and really give everyone else a run for their money.
