I know that Pokemon Battle Revolution was unique in Japan, seeing that it was the first online game for the Wii before the online infrastructure was set up. I am not too sure how things will work around the world.

So wait, is this for all Wii games in all regions? Or just PBR...
I have no idea. All the articale said was that PBR would not use game pesific codes.
But because PBR is a first party development, i can asumue that this would not be the only "Non-GP friend codes" game. Why would they have only one game not use that?
So logicly, i can say that the rumor that happend about a week ago still has a chance of being fake.
I heard this before, and I thought they ment all regions, it could be just Pokemon, it could be all games, or just 1st party, but if its just for the UK, then thats a bunch of f-ing BS that makes no sense. And it also says nothing about the UK though, specificly, that is.
Well, i think it meant English speaking contrys. (That includes most of north america and some of eruope)

Lol, yea, that'll DEFFINATLY jack up the price of PBR, there are already ALOT of Pokemon fans who can't wait to get their hands on this game, and then theres people like you, who just want to see what the online is like, but you could just rent it ya know

Yo hammy, i think wat Gonintendo ment by UK is that all english speaking contrys will not have Game Pesific Friend Codes. Because it never really states pesificly that only UK will not have GPFCs. It says in the image "PBR is the first online english game that will not have GPFCs."
So don't worry about it man! lol
Its awesome how there aren't needed friend codes for this game. Personally i wont be buying this game but i will probably be borrowing it from my friend to play on my wii.
