I just came back from a basketball game
Toronto raptors vs Miami Heat And I got there very early and I was just walking around and was in the games and activities area, well then They had a Sony area deserted, and there was a PS3, in a different area on its own, and No one was playing it, so Im like Yes?! let me go play for myself, then it shuts down, the person couldn't fix it for a long time , then it was eventually fixed and when the Air Canada Center, was Full Jam packed, there was people at ALL the activities except the Sony one, and The PS3.
They had arcades and stuff, also, they had pacman, and other games in a different area, but Sony was left deserted.

?
Clearly its because Pac-man is ftw.
*waka waka waka waka*
They even had a line up for Sonic.
Did I hear somebody say "Waka Laka"?
Waka Laka's a thing to be forever, just to be together (just to be together)
Waka Laka's a place to play forever
Waka Laka love and fan-ta-sy!
I had a reply and then read NB's last reply and my mind was completely erased. Oh well, did someone mention Pac Man? I loved that game! A game about eating just can't be beat.
Let's keep on track with what the topic is...
Yes, topic.
By this logic Pac-man > PS3? Lol, but seriously. There aren't lines to play any consoles in stores down here. Its just a console sitting in the store.
GFT please dont edit my posts thanks.
But there was like people standing beside the giant T.V and stuff, but no one was there I would have just shut it down, they had NBA 07 to play, I guess because it was a NBA Arena.
Let's keep on track with what the topic is...
If your going to tell them to keep track on topic, what do you have to say about this?
poor Sony. well we all know now what happens when you get cocky.
You know your in trouble when a 2nd generation arcade game get's more play time than your system... even if PacMan is FTW.
i think this shows sony missed it's high mark for making a "FUN" console this time around
I think we have to remember that this was at a basketball stadium activities area in Canada, and that it can't possible represent how people feel as a whole

...What? Either way, no one played the PS3, and everyone was playing at the arcade.
I guess if I was getting ready to see a basketball game, I wouldn't want to get involved with something that might take a long period of time either. Arcades are meant to give you fairly quick moments of enjoyment for a quarter or more.
You also said you got there "very early", so I wouldn't imagine there were very many to actually play any games.
What takes place at a Canadian basketball game, well before the game even begins, is a far cry from "PS3 not attracting any Crowds

"
I wouldn't have cared if Jesus was there to play PS3 with me. When I go to a basketball game, I get my stuff and head to my seat. I don't dink around at the "activities center", but maybe other people do.
Since I got there so early, the arena part wasnt open, the doors were closed so there was a LOT of people waiting outside where the PS3 was, and I got there what..2 hours early? and when I got there people were still packed up there. We had a lot of time to play the PS3 and leave.
Why does it really matter how long it would be? After they opened the doors the game didnt start for another hour, and people still didnt play.
So even when they had time to play they didnt.
Why does it matter that its a Canadian Basketball game when there facing a team from America?
Canada has nothing to do that the PS3 isnt attracting any Crowds

.
I think you kind of made my point at the end of your statement...
Canada has nothing to do that the PS3 isnt attracting any Crowds

.
The number of people playing or not playing a PS3 at a Canadian Basketball game doesn't represent anything, and it especially doesn't represent "PS3 not attracting any Crowds
"
I don't see many people playing Xbox 360 or Wii at gamestop anymore either, but you will not see me created any post saying "Xbox 360 and Wii, not attracting Crowds
"
No, you said at a Canadian basketball game, and I was trying to ask what does Canada have to do with anything?
I think we have to remember that this was at a basketball stadium activities area in Canada, and that it can't possible represent how people feel as a whole

thats true, but then tell me why PS3's are piling up at my Gamestop/EB Games store.
Do you think that maybe no one was playing it because it had broken down many times before you came there? Do you think that perhaps it had been broken for quite some time, so that people wouldn't be crazy enough to stand infront of a PS3 that wasn't working?
Game system kiosks not working isn't new. My local target has a Xbox 360 that never seems to be working.
Maybe you should have titled this thread something like "PS3 at Basketball game activities center not working again." That would have been a bit more accurate.
okay but you still havent explained the tower of PS3
They had a Sony area deserted, and there was a PS3, in a different area on its own, and No one was playing it, so Im like Yes?! let me go play for myself, then it shuts down, the person couldn't fix it for a long time , then it was eventually fixed and when the Air Canada Center, was Full Jam packed, there was people at ALL the activities except the Sony one, and The PS3.
