At least for Australia. According to Nintendo, Mario Strikers: Charged arrives in Australia on June 7 (A full 18 days ahead of PBR in America)

Nintendo has yet to comment on release date of PBR in Australia, meaning that the release date could still be pushed ahead of MS:C in Australia. And still now word on US release date

You'll have to mod your Wii or wait for the NTSC version.
