hmm I have Psychic, Water/psychic, Ground/Rock, Ghost/Dark?, Dragon/flying, Flying/Normal.

Seems balanced to me.

I should Ditch Farrow for someone else, considering I could use Dragonite as flying.

Gengar is ghost/poison and Golduck is not Psychic

Sweet. That means I use no new types. I'm completely old-school ^_^

(Golduck)
Then why can he learn psychic moves?

EDIT: You're right. Just Water. No matter, less weaknesses for him Wink

then your limiting yourself to many type combos

and Chariard can learn Solarbeam but its not a Grass type is it?

I believe not. Normal maybe? Considering a lot of other pokemon can learn it as well.

I may be limiting myself.
It just shows how much I'll still pawn with the cool pokemon alone. Wink

Fighting attacks don't work on Ghost pokemon and I have Gallade who's part Psychic as well as fighting, That I agree with Cloud

if i were to use Infernape or Lucario, who both can learn Foresight then that negates the invunerablity. and Gallade i could take with any other pokemon.

yes that would be balanced, but dragonite can go down with an ice beam attack, because it has a double weakness against ice.

Foresight doesn't negate invulnerability. So Gallade would be fine. Dragonite can also be taken down with electirc.

yes it does. i've seen in my Emerald with Battle Frontier. Plus electric hav regular effect on Dragonite because its part Dragon. you guys need to catch up on types and what types pokemon are.

I've used an electric attack on Dragonite in Emerald and it was super effective.

I knew it! Electric does do regular damage on Dragonite. And Brawler is correct. Forsight does negate the invulnerability of Ghost types.

Although Dragonite can learn Ice, Dragon, Electric, Dragon, and a lot of other moves as well.

@ W_R: I'm pretty sure its regular damage.
I know what I saw but whatever...
My Sapphire Team

My Emerald Team

My Fire Red Team

Pfft.. all the new pokemon look like sh*t.
At least with the original pokemon you can tell what they are.

Of course I'll try them out. But once I catch a pokemon that's on my red team. I'm ditching the new ones.

Narrow minded much?
I used to think the same thing but gave them a chance and Pokemon is as awesome as ever. Some of them look dumb (like the final form of that new grass starter) but most of them are alright. Not to mention that there are a few originals that look pretty stupid (Gloom, Venonat, Primape, Drowsee, Mr. Mime, Jynx?)
The new game mechanics are great and add so much more to the game and variety of Pokemon is awesome too.

I couldn't agree more KindrinkBig Grin

I was to lazy to go look through my old Pokemon Games to see what my teams were so I just made one for the future:

How is not liking how a pokemon looks narrow minded?

I use my favorite pokemon, that's that.
Interesting teams, keeping in mind the team I showed will be kinda how my tournament team will look. Since legendaries are banned.
no Suicine?!
I will show you my pokemans when I get home to my moms.
was that last pokemon on my team, darkaie or something like that, legendary?
No Cloud, NO SUICUNE! NO LEGENDARIES! Lol.
