Much better move pool. I'd probably evolve it once it hit 28 and got bubblebeam. I don't think I'd be able to hold onto it long enough for it to get Hydro Pump (lvl 55).

I would want it to learn Hydro Pump but it used to learn it at lvl49, but at least Gyro Ball is added
