I've borrowed a controller from a friend, and picked up a copy of Viewtiful Joe.
Since I don't plan on spending any money on more controllers, I was hoping you guys would recommend some great single player games. I've never owned a Cube, so I'm not really sure what games to get!
(Oh, and you can all leave Zelda out, I already know those games are good

Metroid Prime is the best single player game on the GCN and if you don't play it then you will regret it.

Glue Gun hit it home XD. All those are great.
If Psychonauts came out for the Wii, get that too. I also enjoyed MGS: Twin Snakes, Viewtiful Joe, and Fight Night Round 2. I also liked XIII and Beyond Good and Evil.
From the others recommended, I strongly re-iterate: Eternal Darkness, Metroid Prime, and Resident Evil 4. I also was a huge fan of Mario Golf & Kart.

Ultimate Spiderman is good as well
Spiderman 2 was better though.
Get like LMX said, I dont regret not playing it but, get Metroid 1/2.

Super Mario Sunshine was a BIG letdown after Mario 64.

I didn't hate it that much. I found it pretty fun throughout the game, I recommend it because, its a Mario, and the Squirt thingy is so fun.
I don't recommend it, well, if you've played Super Mario 64 then don't go into it expecting something new. Because you'll be let down. Its not new, it isn't original. Its Mario 64 with a lame Water Cannon thingo.
