Kojima discusses the differences between PS3, 360, and Wii
“The PS3 is like the theatre, it’s a little bit high-priced but it has to be high quality as well. The 360 is a DVD, it still needs to be high quality but you need more variations, while the Wii is almost like a TV channel, because every game you have it with your family”.
Ummm........Ok then...
Sorce
I think he is meaning PS3 is like a theatre= all fancy and whatnot
360=DVD, its nice but only for one person
Wii=everyone
I think I've seen this befire...
Uhuh, what now, wait, huh? Ok, confusing.
Maybe he said it in Japanese and it was translated to English... and it got messed up
Ohh.....So thats why it sounded weired......
this is actually a good thing. Probably 89% of people in the world have a TV somewhere in their house...while not everyone can afford to go to a fancy theater.
his analogies are rediculous. the last time he tried to describe the differences he talked about a fancy steak and fast food.

this makes even less sense.
I think it makes good sense. It just shows the accessibility of the three systems to the consumer. This explanation or though means much more then a food parody.
If he's thinking like that then he's gonna make a family-oriented game.
Dang...
eh. More games for the Wii. What if its a really good family oriented game?
Meh, I see what he's trying to say but it's a bit oversimplifying it. Sure the Wii has family games but it has a few and hopefully more in the future that will be for a different audience. The comparison of the PS3 and Xbox360 seems that he's only comparing the graphics. PS3 can't do so many things more than the 360 so he must be talking about the power. We see now just how far that power got the PS3...
That's hilarious. He should have thought more before he spoke. The movie theater is a declining business (too expensive, not much worth seeing). DVD's are going pretty strong (cheaper to aquire and loads of them), and everyone has TV (easy to use and versatile).
I see the comparisons. lol
