Chick Chick Boom is the title of a new web game released by Nintendo and extra toxic online entertainment. The game was no doubt made for use on the Wii's internet channel, and if the DS browser supported flash, it would've been an even better fit there. There is a problem though, since the game requires Flash Player 8. The Wii browser has Flash Player 7. So I guess that we can safely assume that the final version of the Wii browser will support Flash 8 and will be able to play this game. Regardless, the game is fun to play on a PC.
In the game you take control of 5 chicks which you can move to safety, defend with a lightning rod, and other such things. Or you can bomb the hell out of the enemy, or send a little lightning storm their way. But to accomplish these tasks you will first have to trace out a little symbol relating to what you've chose to do. For example, if you want your chicks to move left, you will trace out an arrow pointing left. While for a bomb attack you will be tracing the shape of a bomb. I guess now you can see why this would've been great for the DS. First person to kill all of their enemy's chicks wins. With the completion of each level comes a prize of a Nintendo wallpaper for you to download.
Early on in the game your options are limited to only a weight (which falls onto your enemy's chicks) and a bomb. Later on you will come to unlock lightning, poison mushrooms, and a balloon which will pick up your opponent's chick. If your opponent doesn't react quickly enough to weigh down the balloon their chick is gone forever.
The music which constantly loops in the background is a bit catchy at first but then crosses the line and gets incredibly annoying. After playing through a couple levels I found it quite fun and it even gets a bit challenging and should keep you entertained for at least 10 minutes.
And don't forget, if you're going in looking for some new wallpapers be sure to play over your PC since you won't be able to download your prize onto the Wii (once the final version is out), and all that hard work and chick slaughtering will have been for nothing.

Man, this game is addictive as heck! I played it on my lappy, and man, its fun. It's kinda full of glitches, though. Sometimes I'll have no chicks on the screen, and it says there's still one alive. Sometimes the sandbags never show up, and other times they show up, but nothing happens. It gets annoying as balls.

But it is a fun addictive game and I can't wait to try it on Wii with the full version of the Opera browser.
I can't get back the second level...after every chick is dead the poster bunny keeps attacking me, but my chicks don't get hurt.
EDIT-Just took me beating the level 3 times to get through.
I think I'll check this interesting game out, sweet!

Just found this out-when a chair drops, randomly a snowman will be on it. Click on it and there's a "secret" wallpaper. Beat the game, wicked fun. Pro mode is hard though.
I could have sworn there were sound effects... >.>
And I thought it was fun on my computer, wait till I play it on the Wii.

Yea and the chics stream when hit, you might have your sound off. I'm on level 10
i couldn't get past lv 3. every time i sent a thunder cloud (and even when i didn't, after a while i stopped but they kept going anyway ) it wouldn't hit the last one, just heal it, so i quit after i finally lost 4 chicks trying to kill the last one.
I made it all to pro level and was only able to kill one before I died
it won't fully load on my Wii Browser :x
That's because the Wii Browser only supports Flash player 7 and you need at least flash player 8 for it to play there. This game could be a sign that the full browser will have the updated flash plaer and that it could be coming soon.
I see..yeah, I guess so, otherwise Nintendo wouldn't even release the game with the intention of it being on the Wii
