When I first saw the title I thought a new Wii game was coming from the old cartoon Voltron and that it was going to be a shooter. This looks neat though. I wonder if THIS is the one that wil be used for UC as we were talking about in the other thread.
NO, i doubt a third party would develop a new controller for such a big game.....I bet that nintendo will come out with there own zapper thing like at E3.....

I have a feeling that this may be something that would be a pack-in with RE: Umbrella Chronicles. As remember how it was said that you would shoot with the nunchuk? Well there's proof that it would work. The nunchuks buttons are right in the trigger loop which would probably mean something like this could be used for RE: Umbrella Chronicles.
Nintendo will likely release something like this before UC. More along the lines of the RE4 port.

I suppose so, I wonder how it would work though in a FPS or would the game would have to be specifically designed for it.
Well the analog is still accessible so you could use your thumb to go forward and backwards and strafe left and right and the aiming of the Wiimote would change the direction you faced/aimed.

Ya, but most of the time, the first party items are of higher quelity and value. I had a third party GC controller but it busted after about 3 months.....
