if i knewhow to add a name to all the layers using something other than pencil/ brush tools i'd do what i could, so if you (charmander) told me what you figured out then i could do it cuz i have plenty of time.

Well, I just opened it in ImageReady CS2, then from there, transferred it to PS:CS2. For some reason when you open it in just PS:CS2, the animation doesn't come up. That's why I transferred from ImageReady.

EDIT: I have completed the editing, please give credit to the actual creator of this sig, It was very well done.
As for the edit, I'm sorry for the text, I'm not very good at it, so I compensated with the fading animation
