Isn't it annoying how the Wii Disc Slot doesn't illuminate when you get a Wii-Mail during a channel/game. It only illuminates if it's off or on the Wii Menu. It would be nice if while playing a game, it shone blue so you could know when you get a message. Then you could save and quickly go out and read it
I don't have a problem with it, sometimes when I do have a message it doesn't illuminate which is weird.
Meh I don't really care. Normally I wouldn't care enough to save and exit anyways.
I thought that while playing a game or channel that it would blink real quike and then stop. But it ain't no biggy for me.......
I think it will only light up if your system is off. This is kinda an old topic but still true. Many assumed that the light would stay lit as it is always shown on when the Wii is being used in the commercials. There are a lot of mods to change the way the light illuminates but not one for when as far as I know.
a simple switch of wireing could allow the wii light to always be on. just cut off the power that comes from the wii and redirect some of the power strait from the plug to the leds.
already done. now i'm just trying to get the pwm chip code to work with it.
you know, so it pulses and the switch can change the setting or shut the chip off.
