Any old Pokemon games really make me remember the good times back then. Also when I play old N64 games like Super Mario 64 or Super Mario Kart64 I feel the same way.
I don't think I've ever full on cried, but I've definately been very sad.
FF7 - Aeris' death
FF9 - Can't remember when
OoT - Can't remember when
I think there was a scene in HL2 when it looked like alyx died.
But its TV Shows and films that do it for me
e.g at the end of GiTS SAC 2nd GiG when the..

and there was another time recently, but i don't really remember.
the funny thing is, it's never the event, it's the music they put to it. If you put the right music to an occation you can manipulate peoples emotions in any way
I cried when they announced the PS3 was $600. My gf walked into the room and I quickly closed the screen on my computer and when she asked what was wrong I said my uncle died.
On an on-topic note, I got said in:
FFVIII:

Never actually cried though... I think.

Yeah I find that just the right music can screw with your emotions. I find that the Godfather game does it well.
I've never cried in a game, but I did cry after an episode of Futurama. I believe the name of the episode was "Jurassic Bark'd". The one where Fry finds his dog, Seymour, fossilized.
The end was so sad, the music just made me shed tears.
I've never cried but one temple in OoT made me mad as HELL!!! That freakin Water Temple was a B17CH!!!!
Ugh... Don't remind me. I still have yet to complete that one on my Collector's Edition Zelda disc. I can't seem to find a stupid key.
you're better off than i am on my oot on my vc. can't get to the water temple; just finished the dodongo's cavern.

I felt like crying whenever I see that episode. The dog looks so much like my dog used* to aswell

For me, that's the Mt. Gagazet music in Final Fantasy X.
I also thought of another game.
Everyones gonna laugh when I say this, but GTA San Andreas. That game had the most unbelievable emotional storyline about one man's fight against drugs. It was by far the most epic game I've ever played followed closely by FFX
FFT: Tetas sacrifice
FFVII: Aeris
FFX: Tidus
thats about it......it think
*Topic refresh!*
Watching credits of Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time first time round
Final Fantasy XII Ozmone Plains music - Tears of joy for me!
FF7 overworld/Tifas Theme - That and others had their moments...
Aeris/Cleyra/Lunar Cry(s) - all tragedies!

There was one game that made me really sad.... FFVII
Where suddenly a Char dies where you didn't expect that... just in the middle of the game...
I don't trop a tear but I was damn angry... best healer in my group xDDD
I would have been sad if I gave two sh!ts about Aeris, I didn't use her, nor did I need her.
I got sad when Lavitz Died in Legend Of Dragoon.
FFVII was the closest i got to crying in a video game
That new Hannah Montana game really makes me cry!

xD
the only time i cried while playing a videogame was when I was playing Tomb Raider, and my Playstation froze as I was about to kill off Natla (after she fell and came back). i cried. i didn't want to do it all over again...
and then my PS decided that it hated FFVIII, and every time it came to the dance sequence with Rinoa and Squall, the music would play like normal, but the FMV would freeze, let them move a few frames, freeze, move one frame, freeze...and then it'd stay frozen...i left in on and went out bowling with a few friends, and it was still playing the music and on the same frame i left it on. i now cry every time i hear that song, cause its such a nice song, ruined by my system's stupidity.
I cried when I beat TP, then found out that I had an error on the Wii, and Nintendo had to send me a brand new one. I had to start over on EVERYTHING.
D'=
lol my brother cried in kingdom hearts 2 i smacked him....hehe
