Hi, I'm getting a DS Lite soon and I want to know what colour I should get. I already am aware of the various faults on both but just want to know what owners of both colours think.

For instance I already know that the black DS smudges easily and I know that the white DS gets stained and dirtied easily.

These are my various reasons for why I would get both:

White:
Doesn't show up fingerprints
Most common colour

Black:
Looks much better (IMHO)
I already have a white Wii and would like another colour DS
I already owned a white GBA and got bored of it's look.

I think i'm already sold for the black, but I'd like to get some feedback from both owners of black and white DS Lites.

Let me just say that fingerprints on the black one show up REALLY well (which of course is not a good thing). So that means no eating funyuns while playing pokemon diamond/pearl...

Other than that, i too think black looks better.

Beside the fingerprints I would go with black also.

Black is sleeker.
But if you want to be a non-conformist, get Pink.
You'll be unique.

pink!? okay, i'll admit the pink looks cool, but only for about 10 mins. and then after you wish you got black.

If you don't care and you love the women then get pink. They'll be all over ya. (not guaranteed)

just tell them, at least i got the balls to play with a pink ds lite.

i got black to match my psp

whats the color you choose for you ds lite, so when your at the menu screen, you see one of the 16 colors. i choose the green, sometimes i switch it to orange.

What does that have to do with anything? o_O

Mine is Blue or Red. but red looks to much like pink.. So I think its navy Blue

it can apply to that too, and theres no point in making another thread with simliar questions.
