I bought it just because i love the art work and it item info in the back. after i beat the game then i really used the guide to help me make a better team

you made a good choice. i've had some bad experiances with guide books. when i got nintendo power i wanted the metroid prime 1 guide, but since it was 2 years after the promotion for that i went with the prime 2 guide instead. i still have yet to complete 100% on that thing. my best so far is 16,444%completion in less than an hour, but that wasn't entirely legit, either. i don't remember exactly how i ended up with it, but i also have a pokemans emerald guidebook that was complete crap. i also got the TP guidebook when i bought the game 2 months bfore i found a wii, and that was helpful for puzzles and when i got lost (i'm and idiot. it's not my fault when i forget i can warp or smash the ice off of a frozen block). for a game like pokemans the internet is ur friend, not books.

agreed, the guides dont go into detail as much as online guides.
