I changed the format a bit and sticky'd a thread where you can go to see the numbers. Makes it easier and more organized than making people always go back to the first page. The same way that Mana does his weekly OT contests.

You should make a list of all the user ID numbers of the Active members and choose randomly from there, like pick out of a hat or something online.
