The Nintnedo Wii has landed the number one spot on CNET's must have list. The DS is currently number 7 on the list. Congratulations to Nintendo on this and it's good to see them getting the recognition they deserve.

They have been getting recognition from all over recently.
I think this is the second time that this has happened, because it was number 1 a week before release.
Back on top again! This shows the staying power of the Wii. Take note 3rd party developers. It's not going anywhere soon. It's not fading away like a fad as it is often called. It has returned to the top so accept it and jump on board.
Ya Nintendo!!!! :O
Way to get back up there!!!!
PS3 used to be #1...glad that Nintendo has once again upsitted the competition.
At first I thought this was a necro-thread, since I believe I was the one who posted this months ago.
But it's good to see Nintendo getting the spotlight again.
Wait, is the PS3 ANYWHERE on that list?

Who cares what CNET thinks? I sure don't. They were pretty slow about it too... Maybe they've finally come to their senses?
The wii has been on Ebays list of must haves for a long time by now....
I guess that CNET is just now getting into the picture
Great Job Nintendo! CNET is ftw.
That is hilarious, because three years ago CNET gave the Wii a 2 out of 10 saying it was absolute rubbish. Of course, this was when it was called the Revolution and nothing was known about it.
They have been getting recognition from all over recently.
And thats a real big understatment
.
Now the PS3 has taken over the #1 spot of the Wii. This just shows how this can be easily influenced by fanboys. I'm not saying this because the PS3 is number 1 now but because I was under the impression that it was Cnet's staff that decided this and not just someone who has nothing better to do than vote again and again and again...
Well I suppose so, but sales numbers says it all anyway.
True. Look no further then what people are buying. What's the old saying "Money Talks" and we hear it loud and clear.
Money brought in by Wii & DS sales.
