Edmonton Mall is in Edmonton Alberta...

Do you guys even learn world geography?
Or is your largest neighbour country not worth learning about?

I know where Mall of America is..

I speak french >.>
and numerous other languages...

I took geography in the 7th grad and all we learned was where countires were, their main exports/import, national language, population,etc.. Not so much buildings. Canada was rarley covered. Canada was rarely cover in US history this year. We talked more about Mexico. I only speak english and spanish. Spanish and French are the main languages taught in our schools. German, Chinese, Japanese, & Latin are taught in scattered places in the US.

wow, most of our history was about the U.S.

In geography we had to memorize all the capital cities of the U.S. and Canada and other important cities.

And the capitals of the countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America, and the South East. (Australia)

Asia was the hardest.. the continent I knew least about. >.<

Canadian schools teach pretty much all the well known languages, sadly my school doesn't have such a great language departement.
Amazing how that works. We didn't really have to memorize capitals. I barely know 30 state capitals.
Let's see... I know.... uh..... Richmond! And, and, uh......

..

>.>

(as you can see, i didn't learn any state capitals really lol)
Ya.. we spent more time on the U.S. then Canada. but that's probably because we where expected to know about Canada. And I know I do.
Why the hell are we talking about History and Geography?
