I went to Meijer's today and went through the clearance aisle.  I saw they had lots of PS2 headset there, brand new for $7.00.  I was really surprised, but since the PS3 is becoming better at using PS2 accesories, this might be a good pickup for someone.

Gah, my sister's new puppy chewed up my headset a couple weeks ago and I dropped 30 bucks on a new one... waste of money

I'd sell the dog to recover the money for the headphones... Those headphones are quite cheap. You may want to give them a try if you don't already have any. Sure the quality will not be superb but c'mon, that's only $7.00 you're talking about. I spend more than that for lunch most of the time.
