If so, could Square Enix be creating a completely new IP? What system will this appear on?
If my advanced RPG memory serves me well, the term "Remnant" was used in some Square Enix game to refer to something integral to the plot. As much as I wish it were true (and I know it's not), we'd like it to be a Vagrant Story spin-off or sequel, but it's not. If we knew what Square Enix "team" was behind this title, we'd have a better guess (the Ivalice Alliance is in charge of Tactics, Vagrant Story, and XII, for example). If you've got a guess, let us know!
