Codename Revolution is reporting that one of their distributor contacts has confirmed a compilation title consisting of Lego Star Wars I and Lego Star Wars II will be headed to the Wii this holiday season. Nothing more than a port of both titles on the GameCube, the game will now feature Wiimote controls, bringing us all one step closer to actually wielding a lightsaber.
Of course, we'd like to point out that the Wii doesn't need any more GameCube ports, but we feel kind of like a Storm Trooper in Mos Eisley. Kind of like these aren't the grievances we're looking for. Plus, lightsabers, man ... lightsabers.

Wow I am so getting this game. Although it is a port, it pretty much is two games in 1, with lightsaber controls with the wiimote... there is a God

definitly getting this game(s) I played the origanal on ps2 but never had chance to own the second one.

They might be able to fit both into 1 DVD, I mean I doubt they filled each game up the the maximum limit the dvd can hold.
I'm sick or ports as well but I will definitely get this as I love Lego and Star Wars but never got a chance to pick either of the two up on Cube.
I never played LSW II either on the Gamecube, although my little brother did and he said it was fun as the first.
Ports suck yes but this is Lego Star Wars! And Lego Star Wars is FTW!
