I've heard that DDRII is some type of an upgrade, but can someone tell me the main differences between the two? And are tehy two completly different sizes or cna you just put it in your computer if your pc takes DDR sizes?

I believe it's dependant on the motherboard. I'm 95% certain that my old computer cannot take DDR2, while my new one cannot take DDR. I haven't researched it enough to give you a more detailed answer just yet. Do you know any specs from your computer that might help us point you?

well all i know is that my computer takes DDR memory im just wondering if this DDRII is a different size or soemthing? and if its prety mcuh the same thing or something.

DDR2 will NOT fit on a DDR system. Because DDR2 has 240-pins and DDR has 184-pin modules.

DDR2 has better songs than DDR1. Not sure about the sizes though...

see it's funny, I glanced at the name and thought it was about playing Dance Dance Revolution on your PC

And no, it all depends on your motherboard. If its DDR slot, you can only put DDR RAM in there, same goes for DDR2, and DDR400, DDR800
Same goes for Video card slots. Only PCI can fit in a PCI slot, and PCI-E can only fit in a PCI-E slot.
