You just drag and drop the files from the comp onto the SD and you're ready to roll.
Although the converter software for Roms and Movies is designed for a PC, It can be run on a Mac through Virtual PC. The patching software has been tested with Mac OSX Tiger 10.4 and Virtual PC 7 with Windows XP, a Sandisk 12 in 1 media card reader that works with Windows plug and play (card readers that use drivers may not work). The software will transfer games and patch them. It is 100% compatable with the Macintosh system with this setup.
The movie converting software has been run through Virtual PC by a GBATMW member (the GBAMP version), and it has converted movies successfully, but as its in virtual PC, it is reported to take over 8 hours for a movie.
If you have a new mac that uses Intel processors (any of the new Mac Mini's, MacPro's, Macbooks (pro) or iMacs), then you can run the windows apps natively via apples Bootcamp software and an installation of Windows XP, or via Parallel's virtualisation software. In this setup, it will run as fast as it will on similar specced PC's.

They mention a lot of sort of installation stuff in there but it's essentially all drag and drop. So as long as you can find a way for your Mac to read a microSD you should be fine.
i've been playing my ds a lot more lately, but i was wondering if there are any homebrew apps/games that don't need a slot 2 memory thing
i don't really want to go out and buy another thing

And check this site for other DS homebrew.

i tried okiwi at first which seemed promising but the initial start up was a major pain and it took so long to load. DS organize is on very basic internet with little images to no images. still works great for emails and the occasional myspace check as long as they are "mobile phone" supportive [IE lite mode]
make the most of your NDS
i use this site for all the things you can do for your DS
[dont know if this consitutes as "illegal" but if it is a mod can delete/remove it and notify me to send via PM to the members that are interested thanks

youre welcome
my favorite thing though to do with my R4 is make skins. i have my own member name and i upload the themes ive made on to http://www.NDSthemes.com the site is awesome and some of the members are very talented
search for user "TheLooseCannon"
i made ALOT of them but only a few i made public....im rather selfish with some of them since i dont want them "duplicated" or i dont want them public because they are too personal involving either my job or pictures of me/bf on them
[nothing peverted jeez! lmao]
EDIT: I got it, I just had to go to the configure thing and change my settings
I doubt you'll see a big difference either way. My A-Data works the best for me (off-brand budget card). Get whatever is cheapest IMO (for this anyway, in digicams and such, the card type can make a huge difference).
it's better

if you pick up a Ez 3-in-1 too, you can back up real NDS games!

I just want a simple one that can hold ds games and homebrew. No video/music for me.
It's also the only one capable of running GBA games without a software loader (you still need an EZ 3-in-1)

So if I just want to play ds games then it doesn't really matter?
You'd have to get the ROMs illegally with the R4 too.
