yep picked up the update today. I like the new marketplace blade as well as the enhanced achievement stuff. I really noticed the improvement in download speed form the marketplace when I picked up the GRAW 2 maps today. It's almost half a gig and it was very fast.

one of the few things i liked about the update is the color correction for vga users along with the ability to calibrate it with 3 different levels. tried out a couple of games and a movie, and they look 10x better.
