I would rather play the original duck hunting... because with this 'ultimate' version, they are actually trying to make the graphics look good and failed miserably...

I, for one, would get this game just for the resurrection of an old favorite of mine. It won't be the same authentic feel, but it would be pretty darn close. Game play should be fun. I can't wait.

Honestly I do not care about graphics, I mean look at cel-shaded, they are no where near 'real', but im fine with them, but I just think it is pathetic that they are using SUCH BAD graphics on this game, even if it has good gameplay,

Those graphics don't look that bad to me. I will only get it if it uses the Zapper.
Anyone stop to think that this might be an original content download (purchased via wii points for the cheap)? Or perhaps just a mini game in a larger collection (like Point Blank)? Just a thought.
If they keep it simple and fun, it will probably be a good game. Multi-player would also be nice. I'll wait and see what folks who buy the game have to say about it before I decide.
I don't think the graphics look THAT bad, Wenis. Sure, they may not be the best, but it's resurrecting a classic game that we cherish. Plus, if a Zapper comes out for this game, we'll all be a bunch of happy campers.
I agree with Wenis (I'm not a graphics whore either) but for such a simple game they could easily make the graphics a lot better, to me it just sort of says that perhaps there's a lack of effort going into the game.
My two cents anyway...
Of course this could be an early beta, so the full graphics haven't been reached yet. It's only a working prototype, perhaps.
I think the original duck hunt for the NES was cool, because it was cartoony and fun. I'd rather play something like that then a duck hunting Sim. Yeah I don't like how it looks, but to be honest, Duck Hunt on NES was crap too, but it was fun and cheesy. Give me an arcade style Duck Hunt and a good "zapper" to go along with it.
I think the graphics are actually much better than N64's polygonal graphics, and if you're going to complain about graphics why buy the Wii in the first place! Another good thing is if they release the Zapper with it or something so that we can use it for this game AND Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles.
