EDIT: did some research on the time diffferences. so basically when its 5:30 pm in Washington, DC (US) then its 6:30 am in Toyko, Japan. another thing i remember was that when they first closed the site, they said it was open in 7 days (Japan Time) so we'll have to wait for quite some time. feels better to know why we havent seen anything.
