Depends how big the explosion is, and if you are with Wario, you aint gonna hit nobody.

but the Gooey Bomb sounds freakin' awesome! Explosives have always been the coolest (and cheapest) weapons in the Smash series...

If it was the end then the knock back of the explosion would have started.

But it is the end of the animation then thats one crap weapon.

My bro hasn't seen it yet, but from my description he immediately thought i was talking about a sticky bomb from Bomberman. Tried to find a picture of the item to see if there is a connection, but haven't any luck as of yet. If it is indeed the same bomb, that may be a clue that Bomberman may make an appearance in some form or another. Or it could just be a reference to his series the way the motion sensor bomb refers to GoldenEye/Perfect Dark.
If anyone knows the Bomberman series well, perhaps they can confirm or deny any connection...?

Imagine how it will be by the time Brawl is released. The gooey bomb looks really cool. I'm hoping that there is more to the explosion.

Yes it will and anywhere else on the stage for that matter.

Thats pretty cool then but one more question. When you through it at a surface such as the ground will it be unable to be picked up again? will it blow up after it is thrown on the ground?

I assume once it's stuck to the stage, it'll blow up the next time it's touched.
