It wouldn't make sense for Kyogre to for the same type of thing as Groudon. Kyogre should do a Hydro Pump or Water Pulse on everyone.
Water Pulse could have water huge drops of water falling everywhere.
Water Pulse could make everyone dizzy.
How can that make people dizzy? There not Chickens.
In the game Water Pulse's effect is that it may cause confusion.
Blastoise does Hydro Pump, so Kyogre can't do that.
Hopefully Blastoise's Hydro Pump will have farther range.
Why? Blastoise itself already poses enough of a thread with the current range of its Hydro Pump.

Right I forgot, then the only thing left would be water pulse

More like Water Spout. its more powerful and exclusive.

I forgot about that too. Water Spout would make more sense. I would have preferred that Groudon have Eruption now that you mention it.
I thought you were talking about Water Spout the whole time, that move is mega powerful.

thats what i was hoping for. but like lemon said its bad enough that its so big. giving it a projected attack would be cheap.

It would. Kyorgre is bigger then Groudon height wise. I wonder if it'll take up the whole screen.
Kyogre is laying on its stomach though.
it still has more height, if you measure from fin to snout. imo the legendary pokemon needed to have been scaled down.
Is it more, or is this pic hilarious?

I still can't believe the size of that ball.
It's not that big, it's just a close up shot.

Yea, I think Kyogre will be scaled down and will be smaller than Groudon.

pokeballs were always oversized, so its nothing new. now whats funny is how much effort fox has to put towards throwing the ball
I think the pokeball updates adds to how long the updates will last. If they do 1 or 2 pokemon per update.
