It could be an upward swing and then back to a downward swing.
That would also work. Also, the option needs to be left there as well. As in, you don't *have* to do the second slash, but if you know for sure that you can trick your opponent into getting hit them you should take the chance.
That'd be a dumb move. Make it the player's choice and then make it mandatory? I'd definitely have to slap Sakuarai for something like that.

because its likely they will have cool characters as assist trophys and people will want to be them but can't.

How do you figure this? People still would have the option to be able to use them.

Wait, so the characters that come from assist trophys are playable characters aswell? What I mean is...... Say Ridley was an assist trophy. Would you be able to use him, or would he just help you and be computer controlled?
Roy was terribly slower than Marth, fact.
I don't think he had a combo slash though. I could be wrong, I don't remember and I'm not at home to check.
No he didn't.

Link did.
Marth > Link > Roy IMO.
Marth > Roy > Link.
LM is more correct on that one.

Link had the three hit and then the inf. stab.
Link's Dair is deadly.
Remember, this is not a character discussion.

I, for one enjoy any update. especially ones involving control, obviously. It makes for less guess work whenever I purchase the game.

Also, Snare. I must disagree with your opinion on the character release info. Space it out, I say.
Update! Dr. Wright is an assist trophy!

Lol anyone who doesn't know who Dr. Wright is, he's from the SNES version of SimCity. Lol this is quite funny Big Grin. I like it.
If those buildings are permanent... awesome. If not, lame.
I just think they will be there for a limited time.

I don't haven't played the game before but he does look very cool.

I doubt that they would be permanent.

I had a dream Cloud was in the game, And Pikachu Bulbasaur and Squirtle were on some ghost ship fighting Cloud. >_____< Then I wake up to notice its Dr.Wright. . . .
I don't think the building will stick around either but it would be cool. Have they mentioned if there can be more than one assist used per battle or if two can be used simultaneously?
Cloud's post leaves me speechless...

I don't mind Dr. Wright being an AT. The buildings will not be permanent. I expect they will shoot up then vanish.
