Who else thinks that they should take the concept of Pokemon from the Gameboy Advance and DS and Gameboy Color games, and put it into play in a 3D world of adventure. I think that it would allow for a lot more fun then the ones on the handhelds are doing, because the graphics and sounds are almost ALWAYS the same. With the 3D version, you could have an open-ended world with beautiful scenery and maybe even online play where you like all connect to one open-ended world and can battle, trade, sell, chat, etc. Anyways, that's always been a cool idea I've had and the Wii could make it possible.

I think it's a great idea and it's something I've always thought about. It would be nice to have the same type of quality for Pokemon handheld games on the console ones.

idk, i kinda draws away from the traditional thing. the advneture games were on the handhelds and games like Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon XD were sorta the medium which we saw the pokemon in 3D.
Yea, but if you add the experience from the handheld versions to the consoles it would be even better and in 3D.
if just saying if the series started out on the handhelds it should stay there. you also have consider that it would cost more money to make, thus raising the prices of the games.
Would making console pokemon games the same quality really be all that expensive to make.
seeing that it would go from the handheld game price to the wii game price yes. and another thing you'd have to consider is that if they made a rpg adventure game on the wii, it will totally defeat the purpose of wii-to-ds connectivity. and the pokemon series really opens the doors for this feature.

Brawler i think u have something against change. I think it would be cool if they realeased a MMORPG pokemon Game for the Wii, and the game could still connect with the DS Allowing you to use the DS or Wii-mote as the controler. It would be cool if it was the 3 version for the 4th gen
