Personally I could see myself buying this, as it’s not just a normal stand, although if it was simply a fan then I probably wouldn’t even give it a second thought. But Brando has managed to give it a cool look that is very appealing. A definite addition to anyone's Wii!

It probably won't bust, but, you get extend life for your Wii. Plus it looks frikkin' awesome!

While the Wii is on, the fan is running. So it doesn't really get warm while you're playing. Standby on the other hand is a different story.

well, there are always those random cases where it does. and in those instances, and extra fan to cool the system down is a great idea. plus, it's better to be prepared then rushing to try and create something like this AFTER an incident happens.
i think i might just get it for the lights. my Wii doesn't overheat, so when I first read this and you said it had lights i was still kinda "meh" on it, thinking there'd only be one or two lights total. but seeing it in all its glory on it's product page really made me want it. now, to procure $20 for it..
