Take that back Cloud...or I'll pull Yoda out of my back pocket and throw him on your head!
Transformers FTW! The DBX boxsets sux! Too much editing!
I can live with the Editing, its pretty funny, Vegeta took off Guldo's head, theres some swearing. I like it : D
Yo, ho, haul together,
Hoist the Colors high.
Heave ho, thieves and beggars,
Never say we die.
Best song in that movie.
that song was definitely the best in the movie...we all sang it for the entire half hour car ride home. ^^
and although i agree that the action scenes werent too dragged out, the big battle scene was ruined thanks to Turner and Swann...and, quite honestly...the last scene with them was really unexpected from a disney movie like that...
And how about Sparrow vs. Jones on that mast thing that was shown in the trailer which looked like an overbaked attempt at an uber-awesome fight scene like the one in Star Wars Ep III.
It wasn't that bad, actually.

I agree.
Honestly, I hope they make another movie on Jack's adventure to the Fountain of Youth.
(Spoilers be hidden from ye eyes.)
i thought this movie was kinda graphic for a Disney movie like people gettin shot in the head and getting impaled, but i liked it more than the second one, the first one is still the best one in my opinion.
I don't think they'll make another movie.
actually just so you know (my cousin worked on the film he was incharge of special effects) he told me that they are waiting to see how this one does before they decide. he told me this at christmas when i read the script hehe d:
Edit: PS. He said it took 65 takes on a certain scene with a monkey and some things that the chinese people invented *wink wink nudge nudge*
I was kinda disappointed with it. The ending just didn't do it for me. Also I felt it was a bit rushed and if they knew from the beginning that it was gonna be a trilogy then they should have better spread out the story. The fight at the end sucked in my opinion and a certain person doing a certain thing was pointless (don't want to spoil and too lazy to use spoiler tags). The 2nd is still my favorite.

i was very, very disappointed at that part. i hung my head, and slapped it with my hand. ill never understand why filmmakers insist on including something like that in an action film...
Oh God, now I'm scared to see whats gonna happen. I'm very critical of films as a film-maker myself.
It makes sense to have one, since at the end Jack was once again looking for somewhere.

There was never supposed to be a sequal, let alone two. That and everything else they tried to accomplish in 3 hours muddied up the plot.. a lot. Part of me wishes they had left pirates alone, but the other half appreciates the sequals. I was mad about the ending with Will and Elizabeth but I thought all the action sequences were pretty good. But they were also distracting from the plot. (They prolly did this on purpose). And they left the plot open, almost like a cliffhanger, which is bad if this is the last one. I hope it is, because I think another one would just ruin it all together. I think you hafta detach yourself from the idea that this is a disney movie to really appreciate it, because it really doesn't seem like one at all.
I just got back from seeing it.
And I left with mixed views.
For the most part I enjoyed it, a nice way to rule out the trilogy. Having said that there were a few moments where I was just asking myself "Why?"
One is seen in the trailer where Will asks Elizabeth to marry him, the movie takes it longer and even further beyond the point of enjoyment where I was going "I don't care how much of a movie this is, get back to some more realistic action"
And the other part was when the Endeavor had that final blow dealt. WHY THE HELL WAS THAT PART DRAGGED OUT SO LONG?! I'm all for dramatic ends, but seriously... don't waste so much time next time. It was overdone CSI style.
Sprites of the CurryBean: At a Camels end, looks ok...im still going to watch it,considering ive seen the other 2

terrible movie. still I got some Haagen-Dahs strawberry cheesecake with butterskotch sauce, so it made u for it
